First Prize at VIII Odin International Music Competition

Today I was awarded the First Prize at the VIII Odin International Music Competition for my work for tenor and orchestra “Cuando yo muero” on a poem of Pablo Neruda. Comments from the judges were very nice as well, stating it “a beautiful song, very well written for the voice that the orchestration never overcomes.” Thanks to the European Academic Artists Association who organized the competition.
